Our quality assurance system includes all product life cycles, is based on our many years of experience combined with up-to-date methods and adapted to suit the expectations or our customers.
What quality assurance means to us:
- Consistent project management in the development phase
- Qualification of series products in our own reliability laboratory (temperature shock, climate, burn-in, mechanical analysis)
- Customer-specific traceability with database support, optionally back to the individual components of our suppliers
- Supplier management and goods inward inspection
- Stable, statistically monitored manufacturing processes
- Product-specific testing (AOI, ICT, FCT, burn-in)
- Ongoing improvement thanks to "selection management" and 8D method
- Manufacturing in an air-conditioned clean room, taking EMC into consideration
